Groundskeeper
NT Grounds Maintenance manages all aspects of your property’s upkeep. Our services include mowing, hedge trimming, weed removal, planting flowers and shrubs, and maintaining open communication with property owners to ensure we bring their vision for the outdoor space to life.
Mulching
We start by preparing the site for mulching, removing all weeds, sticks, leaves, and debris before laying down the mulch. We also create a clean edge around the landscape bed to give it a tidy border, preventing mulch from spilling into the grass and creating a cluttered look. When applying mulch, we aim for a depth of about three inches. Too much mulch can absorb excessive moisture, blocking plants from getting the water they need. The right amount helps regulate soil temperature, acting like a greenhouse to promote healthy plant growth. For a polished and even appearance, we use finely shredded mulch.
Landscaping
We landscape by any design the customer requires. We do work with the following materials, topsoil, mulch, rocks, gravel, sand, trees, bushes and flowers. We also provide hauling of any new materials to your work site that may be required to finish your job. This does include the removal of the old materials from past landscaping which consists of unwanted dirt, mulch, rocks, gravel, sand, trees, bushes, flowers, and sod.
Spring and Fall Cleanup
At the beginning of the mowing season there will be leaves, sticks or limbs laying in your lawn. Have us clean up your lawn and landscaping to get it looking good again. Also in the fall, we provide leaf clean up and removal to get your lawn looking good for the fall and tidy during the winter.
Aeration

Overseeding
To maintain a lush, healthy lawn, we perform overseeding. This essential service is done twice a year to replenish grass that may die off during the hot summer months or due to extreme weather conditions. When grass thins out, it leaves the soil vulnerable to weeds, which can take over and choke out the healthy grass. Overseeding helps prevent this and keeps your lawn strong and vibrant.
Sodding
We use sod to establish a new lawn for you quickly. We also use sod to repair damaged parts of your lawn and also to fix eroding soil.
Weed Control
We provide weed control in a couple of different ways and at different levels. We primarily use a very effective weed killer skillfully applied so as to not harm surrounding plant life. Sometimes weeds grow too close to other plants and trees, so we pull those by hand. We provide different levels of weed control so that you either never see weeds, or we can remove weeds periodically to keep the weed population under control.
